How is this different from the Holistic Remedies course?

Holistic Remedies covers a broad range of everyday health concerns (sleep, digestion, headaches, etc.). This course goes deep specifically on immunity and energy. There's some overlap in herbs and principles, but this course provides much more depth on immune function and vitality specifically.

Is this safe if I have an autoimmune condition?

If you have an autoimmune condition, please work with your healthcare provider before implementing immune-supportive protocols. Some herbs and practices that benefit healthy immune systems can be problematic with autoimmunity. This course is designed for people with normally functioning immune systems.
