What You'll Learn

No" is a complete sentence. But let's be honest, it rarely feels that simple.
You know you should set boundaries. You've read the articles. But when the moment comes, the words stick in your throat. You over-explain, apologize, or give in entirely. And then you resent yourself for it.

This course teaches you to set and maintain boundaries in a way that feels firm *and* kind, to others and to yourself.

You'll learn to identify what you actually need, communicate it clearly, and handle pushback without crumbling or becoming aggressive.

No more over-functioning. No more resentment. Just clear, confident limits that protect what matters.

FIND YOUR FIT

Is This Course Right for You?

✓ Perfect Fit
✗ Not Right Now

This course is for you if:

You say "yes" when you mean "no", and regret it later

You feel guilty setting limits, even reasonable ones

You're exhausted from over-giving at work or in relationships

You want scripts and frameworks, not just theory

You struggle with specific people or situations (family, work, etc.)

You want to be kind AND firm, not choose between them

This course is NOT for you if:

You're looking for confrontation tactics (this is about clarity, not combat).
You're hoping to set boundaries without any discomfort, growth requires some awkward moments.

I've spent my whole life saying yes when I meant no, and then resenting everyone for it. This course gave me actual scripts I could use immediately. The first time I set a boundary with my mother-in-law and it worked, I almost cried. This is life-changing stuff.

Kate M., Accountant
I was drowning at work,  constant requests, no protected time, and a boss who thought 'urgent' meant everything. Module 5 alone was worth the entire course. I now have boundaries around my calendar that my whole team respects. I wish I'd learned this ten years ago.

Danielle R., Operations Director
My biggest struggle wasn't knowing I needed boundaries, it was the crushing guilt every time I tried to set one. This course helped me understand that boundaries aren't selfish; they're necessary. The guilt isn't gone completely, but it's so much quieter now.

Frequently asked questions

What if setting boundaries ruins my relationships?

Boundaries don't ruin healthy relationships, they clarify them. Relationships that can't survive reasonable limits were costing you more than they were worth.

Will this make me seem cold or uncaring?

The opposite. Boundaries allow you to show up fully in relationships because you're not running on empty. Giving from overflow feels different than giving from depletion.

I'm a people pleaser. Can I really change?

Yes. People-pleasing is a pattern, not an identity. This course gives you specific techniques to interrupt the pattern and build new habits.

What if it doesn't work for me?

If the course isn't a fit, let us know. The team will work with you to find suitable alternatives.
